What Causes White Patches And Red Bump Inside The Cheek After Quitting Tobacco?

I am 21 years old , its been a month I quit chewing tabacco but there's something wrong with my left cheek inside, there are white plaques/patches and a little red bump in the center of white patches , that is there from last one month and its not going away i just want to know if its normal? or any kind of side effect of leaving tabacco?
