Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since when you're suffering from this problem? Any redness or itching? Pain during swallowing?

Until and unless examination is done, it is difficult to tell. But possible causes are oral leukoplakia and oral thrush etcetera.

Use vitamin A tablet daily once and use salt water gargle daily. Please consult oral pathologist he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
