What Causes White Lesions On Shaft Of Penis?

I am noticing whitish grey lumps and lesions in one specific area on the shaft of my penis just behind the head. The skin is the area seems very dry and chaffed. I have been tested for stds and everything came back negative. I m concerned as to what this may be, or if it possibly may be some strain of hpv?

Hello

if you tested negative for std then it can be due to other reasons like:

~Molluscum contagiosum

it produces tiny, dome-shaped, pearly lumps on the skin. These spots are pink or brown (depending on your skin colour), and they usually have a little dimple on top

~Genital warts

They are caused by one of the human papilloma viruses (HPV), which like living in warm, moist parts of the human body.
