What Causes White Gel Like Stuff In Stool?

I'm facing a problem which is weird. While latrine I'm facing trouble. The loo comes out with white gel/saliva kind of stuff. There's no stomach ache or any problem. But the proportion of my food in-take and latrine is not normal as compared to couple of weeks back. Please suggest how to resolve this issue. Many thanks. My attributes are 27yrs 170cm and 72kg. I don't have any other health issues.
