What Causes White Discharge With Brown Flakes From Vagina After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hello. I have a small concern. I had unprotected sex a couple of times this month. But my partner and I made sure we pulled out a while before he ejaculated. I m expecting my period and getting thick white discharge like usual. I have the white discharge on my underwear, when I wipe however there are these brown flakes. (Sounds gross) I haven t had any pregnancy symptoms and I don t suspect implantation bleeding. I want to know if you can shed some light on this for me? I haven t inserted anything in my vagina. The only thing I can think of is a mango Shea butter I rub down there just for hygiene. So could the brown flakes be that? Please shed some light .
