What Causes White Bumps On The Penis?
I have a cluster of small clear bumps on my penis that popped up while at work I work outside lot of sweating, they look like water blisters like from a sunburn ,I popped them clear like water came out of them girlfriend thinks they are from sweating and them rubbing my pants at work

it can be allergic or inflammatory eruption. you have not mentioned about itching or pain. you have not mentioned about your sexual habit. it is advisable to get it examined by doctor. better to have std test for you and your girlfriend. if negative then clean it by sterile swab and apply antiseptic cream.
