What Causes White Bumps On The Inner Part Of Labia Minora?

I have always had these small white bumps on the inner part of my labia majora. I ve always had them and I thought they were normal but then I started learning about the female anatomy and hiv in school and I m quickly realizing that these bumps are not normal I have never had sexual contact with anyone before. I would like to know what they are and if I have a chance of spreading it to future partners.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
white bumps could be related to yeast infection or other STI
I would like further information to help you better
do you have any history of discharge or itching in vagina
your menstrual history how does it behave during menses
in my opinion you should visit a gynaecologist for detailed examination and battery of tests like urine culture vaginal swab test if indicated then biopsy of white bumps

have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene

Please do not hesitate to ask me a direct question for more clarification

best wishes
