General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to have developed sebaceous cysts over the scrotum. I would like to tell you that this skin condition is quite common in males and is quite a harmless one. These lesions tend to develop from the normal glands present in this area. These cysts can be left as such also in case they do not cause any problem. But if there is any associated pain or discomfort, then you can see a surgeon for its removal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
