What Causes White Bumps On Penis Shaft?
I got small white bump on shaft of penis. they are scattered, some are arranged 3-4 in cauliflower shape. they are under skin. if you squeeze them they are visible and with penis erection. if you squeeze them little hard it will bring small amount of white pus. Penis shaft is not itchy or irritant. I would like to know this condition & what could be possible diagnosis. Shaft skin is overall looking rough.

This sounds like what is called pearly penile papules--small cysts and not an STD
They usually resolve in time but they can be treated by a dermatologist with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy (freezing).
