What Causes Wheezing While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I went to my Doctor today with a sinus infection. When she listened to my chest she heard wheezing along with congestion. I was prescribed Methlprednisolone 4 MG Dosepk, Azithromycin 250 MG and Coeeine-Gaiden 100 mg/ml. My question is since I am going to bed soon, do you think I should wait to morning to take the steroid, just to be aware if I will have any side effects? Thank You

steroid has been prescribed for your inflammatory chest so it's upto u what time is suitable to u to take medicine but dose and medicine is compulsory..it causes bone weakness,make u immunocompromised,cataract,glucoma,osteoporosis if prolonged used..so b careful..while abrupt stop is contraindicated..taper it down if u wana discontinue.
