What Causes Wheezing And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello Dr. Rynne. For some time I have been experience shortness of breathe or whizzing. I have naively attributed it to asthma. My second set of symptoms have come on more rapidly and several as of earlier this week. Those symptoms are pain in my lower back, neck region between the base of my skull to the tops of my shoulders and head pain behind my eyes...in my eye sockets. There is a severe history of Kidney problems in the men in my family. I am a 41 year old Black male and my diet and water consumption has been terrible. Please help....Thank you
