What Causes Wheezing And Difficulty In Breathing?

I occasionally choke and start wheezing loudly as I m sucking air in but I feel like i can t breathe. Sometimes I choke on food and sometimes for no apparent reason. My chest gets tight and I can t talk. It s a scary experience. ENT says my swallowing seems to be normal. It s embarrassing if it happens in public.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. You are most likely been allergic to something in the environment and you need to find out what it is so as to avoid it. It could be dust or smoke from frying. If you are able to identify it you would save yourself any embarrassment and prevent it. For now I will suggest you take Loratadine to reduce the congestion in the chest.
I hope it helps. Thank you.
