What Causes Welts And Swelling On Skin Due To Pressure?
I have some welts all over. The come and go, and I cannot figure out what triggers it. When I apply pressure to any part of my body it swells. Example, today I was painting a room, I stood on my knees, and now my left knee is swollen and it hurts to walk. I ve been diagnosed with allergies when I eat shell fish. What could this be?

Hi. the description is consistent with pressure urticaria. Unfortunately, the cause and prognosis is not clearly established. You need to avoid pressure as much as possible. And use a levocetrizine/ montelukast combination once a day. Hope it answers your queries
