What Causes Weight Loss Along With Fatigue And Dizziness?

I have multiple symptoms: rapid weight loss, skeletal frame visible, loss of appetite, fatigue, dizziness, muscle loss, red pinpricks on skin, bruising easily, lower back, hip & knee pain, eyes appear to change size from left to right, toes begining to hammer, stiffness in fingers, marionett lines around mouth.all occurring within 14 months or less.

According to mentioned symptoms you are having multiple systemic involvement feature. So autoimmune disease has to be ruled out. For that autoimmune panel investigation can be done ex. RA factor, ANA, Anti ssa and ssb etc. Investigate with blood CBC report as well. According to these reports will plan further. I suggest you to consult rheumatologist or good physician for examination.
