What Causes Weight Gain, Hair Loss And Pain Under Left Rib Cage?

63 woman, weight gain of 10 lbs. in 2 months, with no real changes in diet. Hair loss from scalp and extreme breakage. Had severe pain under left ribcage that mostly has subsided, but is still there(duration 3 wks). 3 days of increasing ankle and foot swelling. No nausea, diarrhea, or frequency of urination. Had blood tests, found only vitamin d deficiency. cat scan for the pain I week ago,(below breasts to pubis, nothing found. I fractured the upper humorous of right arm in August. Healing with no surgery. I know something is not right. What can it be? Help! Bonnie

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, pain condition could be due to muscular spasms and this is happening because of stress condition, hair fall also may be due to this and it may be associated with hormone changes, for the hair fall Minoxidile 5% solution can be used to be applied on scalp, for the pain Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day can be tried, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
