General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the weight gain sounds secondary to fluid retention over legs and ankles from various reasons as problems with venous return, lymphatic channels blockage or else. There must be definite underlying reason for the same and hence you are requested to upload the detailed jpg file for your reports for my review and guide accordingly. Till that time, you are requested to put your legs elevated over 3 pillows for partial relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
