What Causes Weight Gain And Fatigue While Having Elevated Eosinophil Levels?

I have high eosinophil and mcv and mch and mpv levels, what does this indicate ? I also have several thryoid cyst but my tsh levels are normal, yet I have gained weight and hair loss and fatigue. I have rapid heart rate that smothers me with edema in hands. I have photosensitivity and all my labs are normal besides what I mentioned above.looking for answer. I have been checked for lupus and ra and all are negative

I really appreciate your concern, high eosinophilic count need to correlate with clinical condition and most probably it is due to allergic condition and other changes could be due to anaemia hope this information helps.
