What Causes Weight Gain After Undergoing Novasure Procedure?

I had the Novasure procedure done March 19th and have noticed a good 5 lbs weight gain. I work out vigorously daily. And have been the same weight for 2 years since my 3rd child. The weight I have put on is all in my abdominal area? What can I do about this? Will this pass?
