What Causes Weakness,fatigue,shakiness,lightheadedness And Loss Of Appetite?
im finishing up a tour in afghanistan and ive lost 35 pounds while here. im 77 inches tall, and weigh 225. the last two months i've felt weak/fatigued/tired/shaky/light headed and loss of appetite. sometimes my feet go numb as well. im very active, running about 20 miles a week. is it all the excercise? what do i do?
