Hi,

The symptoms that you have described are common in the aftermath of an infection, whether bacterial or viral. It usually resolves over the next few weeks of its own. However, you can hasten the recovery by taking B-complex vitamin supplements which are often depleted when people are on antibiotics. However, if you do not see an improvement over the next few days, then you must inform your doctor so that it can be assessed if any residual infection is persisting or not.

Best wishes.
