What Causes Weakness, Shaking, Stomach Upsets, Nausea And Diarrhea?
Why am I feeling weak and shakey right now with some diarrhea that has started and a bit of nausea? I don't always end up with the diarrhea and upset stomach but it does happen when I get the shakes, can someone please help me or give me some advice so that I can feel better please?

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastroenteritis.
I recommend using over the counter option like Imodium.
I also recommend taking daily probiotics.
I suggest you eat a plain diet and drink a lot of liquids.
