General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to HCM....

You have right upper arm weakness. ...
So myesthenia gravis ruled out if associated ptosis present by anti MUSK antibody estimation ...

Your neurological examination along with muscle reflex has to be tested to rule out nerve lesion or muscular disease ....

B12 serum estimation also needs to be done ....

According to cause further treatment guided. ....

So answer to your query is consultation to neurophysician done for examination and subsequent work up....

If nearby neurophysician not available than general physician can be consulted

Take care
