What causes weakness in the right shoulder muscles?

progressive weakness in right shoulder muscles beginning 1 week ago today. don t remember hurting it or straining. weakness lifting objects from chest height to above head. ( noticeable while lifting a glass of water during meals) no pain- during movement just weaker than the left shoulder.

It can be a simple musculoskeletal pain.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
