What Causes Weakness In The Right Arm After Receiving A Botox Shot?

I had botox 3 injection on Monday in my right forearm for focal dystonia. I had 2 or 3 injections three months ago with no negative reaction. On Thursday I noticed a weakness in my right hand and arm. Today it seems a little worse. I called my Dr. s office and have not yet heard back. Will this go away soon?
