What Causes Weakness In Arms And Stiffness In Left Foot?
Hello. For the past few months I have been experiencing weakness in my arms. Like how your muscles feel after a long, demanding workout. The top of my left foot has also been a bit stiff and tender and hurts. I m also very tired and all I want to do is lay down and sleep. I m clueless as of what this could be. What would you suggest it is? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be due to general weakness and it may not be due to any disease, drink more water, it may be muscular spasm you can try Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen if needed or pain is sever hope this information helps.
