My son is 4yrs old and he is very weak can barely stand up. He got up this morning and fell asleep in the hallway and after an 1hr came downstairs and fell asleep on the couch 5minutes later. Then 30minutes later gets up and falls asleep in on the kitchen floor. After about another 30mintues he wakes up and stays awake for about 20minutes and barely eats but drinks a lot of water and vomits. Now he is back asleep and is snoring very loud. Im not sure what is wrong he has no fever. He just vomitted once and is very sleepy and extremely weak he can not walk or stand.
