What Causes Weakness And Difficulty In Walking After Taking Depakote?

My husband takes 500 mg of Depakote daily for seizures....he recently went into memory care and was a little combative the first few days so THEIR doctor increased his Depakote an additional 250 mg daily, and added Ativan 0.5 mg 3 times daily....today he has been weak, difficultly walking, sleeping, more disoriented, almost can not stand for more than a moment or two....can this be a drug reaction or overdose...he also takes Norvasc, Carvedilol, Lisinopril, Namenda Donepezil, Finesteradine, Sertaline and Warfarin...I am afraid they are overmedicating him at this point
