I am Rajan Shrestha from Kathmandu Nepal. These days, I feel my both legs bit weak. When I sit Down on floor or When I bend my Fingers ( Leg) I suddnely feel My Legs Crampped. What may the casue ? Would you Please suggest me the Way to get rid of the problem.
