What Causes Weakness And Body Chill While Having Pacemaker Implant?

I have 3 stints and a pacemaker ( a straight pacer ), as before i got my stints i am very weak and can only walk about 10 to 15 feet without being totally exhausted. and am constantly freezing to the point of uncontrollable shaking. i was told that maybe i have a stint that could be blocked, i am to have my pacer replaced next month as it is 7 yrs old and near the red marker on the pacemaker test.

Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Coronary artery disease.Get investigations like ECG,2 dimensional echocardiography,Troponin I,lipid profile immediately. You also need Coronary angiogram to look for Stent patency and any new blocks,so discuss this with your cardiologist.Pacemaker replacement should also be done at the earliest.Drugs like Anti platelets, antihypertensives, lipid lowering drugs, beta blockers will be helpful in your case.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
