I have weak mussels in my back. Surgery two years ago. They put six three inch screws in my back. I have problems walking. It is very hard without hold unto a cart in the store. I am out of breath just walking from one room to another. Yet, I can ride my stationary bike without any problems. My back hurts all of the time. I went back to the back surgeon and he wants to operation again and I say NO.
