What Causes Weak And Painful Shoulder After Experiencing Chest Pain?

Two weeks ago I had terrible chest pain, couldn t breathe, sharp pain. After 30 min it went away. Earlier this week my chest hurt but not badly more of an annoyance than anything. Now the last two days I have no chest pain at all but my shoulder is weak and now painful should I be concerned?

Going by the history of chest pain and shoulder pain, seems like angina.
I would suggest an immediate visit to the nearby cardiologist.
Get an ECG done along with cardiac marker enzyme Trop T.
Review with the reports.
