So I have 2 different incidents about a week ago I farted thought it sounded wet but paid no mind cause it didn t feel wet about 30 min later it felt wet in my pants and I went to the bathroom to find that I had wet diarrhea in my pants but just a small bit ... Later I felt I had to poop but was constipated.... Why? Second tonight I farted again sounded wet but felt nothing. I went to my car looking for something and started having stomach pains like diarrhea went to the bathroom farted and nothing no poop so I when I got up and looked in the toilet it was full of blood why?
