Hello,

Many causes for the above symptoms like
1. An episode of hemiplegic migraine.
2. Cluster headache.
3. Temporal arteritis
4. Viral fever etcetera.
Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician or rheumatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
