Hello, I noticed that probably for the first time in my life, I passed stool that could be described as being pale without the usual associated bile. This happened twice during the course of the day ( 15 Feb). When I got home at about 10.35pm, I realised that i had started my monthly period. Again, i noticed that it was mainly watery with a mixture of very light blood. What can be the cause ? On the 14th, I mainly had a cup of coffee + an Apple, then a sugary cinnamon pretzel. In the evening I had a heavy meal of fish and chips.
