What Causes Watery Discharge From Ear?

hey,my two year old had grommets fitted 3 weeks ago,for the last week he has had discharge leaking from his left ear and i noticed yesterday that it looked like it contained some blood,doesn't have a temperture but is off his food and generally seems unwell

Hello,
If blood stained discharge is coming from the ear then you need to give him a course of antibiotics and decongestant tablets and nasal drops .
The most important thing is avoid water entering in the ear as the grommets are there and so the middle part of ear is in direct contact to outer ear and if water enters in then there are chances of infection.
Get an ENT consultation for examination and medicine dosage.
