Dear Pooja,

The white creamy discharge you noticed is the dissolved vaginal pessay. Now that the medicine is almost washed of, some watery discharge is coming. No need to worry; however, considering your pregnant state, report to Obstetrician about the watery discharge to look for the possibility of leaking of waters around the baby. In that case, you will have to be in the hospital under antibiotics to try to stop this leaking, lest the risk to the baby. If uncontrolled, you may have to undergo premature delivery, may be by caesarean section.
