Hello and welcome to the forum, Watery discharge is unusual after cansoft. It is more likely to be thick and milky from the remains of the tablet that may come out. This also stains the undergarments and is usual. But passage of water like thin copious discharge like urine may come from premature rupture of membranes and this needs to be ruled out. So I suggest that if you have thin water like discharge, you go to the ER or your doctor as soon as possible and get yourself examined and tested for integrity of membranes.
