What Causes Watery Diarrhea With Stomach Pain, Cramps And Pain In Kidney?
I am a 34 year old woman on Suboxone 8mg/2mg 2 X a day. For the past week or so I have not been able to have a normal bowel movement. I have been having terrible stomach pains. Like everything from my ribcage down just hurts. My kidneys throb,feels like I am having menstrual cramps.... Ouch. At first it was only at night. I d run to the bathroom and all that would come out was (gross and graphic warning)mucuos-like. That went on for several days. Yesterday,all day,I was in bed in terrible pain with watery diarrhea. It wasn t much and I kept feeling like I wasn t done,but nothing happened. I took immodium,went to sleep, but tonight it s the same pain only NOTHING is happening. Should I plan on a Doctor visit tomorrow? What could this be? I know my medication slows the process, but I ve been on it for 6 years and this has never happened. Please help, I m honestly getting scared. It hurts sooo much! I do have good medical insurance, just a bit embarrassed.

Well come to HCM
Colicky abdominal pain with diarrhea, this could be intestinal infection and possibility of Ecoli infection would be likely, take care for hydration for the pain and infection these can be managed with the medicine given below
1) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice in day first day then once in day for 5 days
2) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
It would be better to get done the stool examination prior to initiate the treatment, just to rule out the viral diarrhea, hope this information helps.
