What Causes Vomiting With Severe Pain In Abdomen?
hi a couple of days ago i woke up really early with vomitting and severe pains in my tummy. It lasted all day and made me really tired n i found it hard to move. The next day i was pretty much ok just slight pains now and again. I have completely lost my appetite though and the pains are starting to come back again. Any ideas what it could be please?

There are many causes of vomiting and stomach pain like acute gastritis, food Intolerance, food poisoning, and inflammatory bowel problems or infections etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
