What Causes Vomiting While Lying Down On The Right Side?

At night while I m lying on my right side, I start to vomit, and it does not stop there. I will vomit even if I do not have anything to eat or drink before going to bed. What is causing this to happen? I already take an acid reflex prescription pill that has been prescribed. I have no pain, and yet at night I am throwing up and some times this will wake me up.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Your problem has only one explanation that you are having stenosis of your right sided intra vertbral artery stenosis. It is commonly caused by sitting in position when you are reading books or using laptop for longer peroid of time. As when pressure increases on right side while you are lying on right side this increases the stenosis and blood flow to brain decreases. I suggest you should visit your physician and should have CTA or MRA.
