Hi,

Symptoms are suggestive of acute gastritis or gastroenteritis. This may be caused by food poisoning or some viral infection. Mostly it settles it'self in few days. You just need to keep your self hydrated.

You can use some ante emetic like gravinate for vomiting. If you feel dehydrated or feel exhausted or fainting then you should urgently go to ER as you may need IV fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
