What Causes Vomiting Sensation And Raised Heart Rate During Physical Activities?
have a three year old boy who looks like he is going to throw up when he is playing with others and gets wound up. Face turns red and heart races. a minute after he calms down he is back to normal. could this be a heart condition ? he does have a reflux condition but would this agrivate it with these symptoms?

the symptoms may be associated with so many conditions like
cholinergic urticaria,exercise induced asthma,congenital heart disease,hiatus hernia.
i shall advise you to consult a paediatrician as soon as possible because proper examinations and investigations are needed to rule out different causes.
