What Causes Vomiting, Nausea And Green Diarrhea?
For about a week and a half now I have been having nausea and heartburn. Then about 5 days ago I received a concussion, went home and slept all day and when I woke up I had a cough and scratchy voice and body aches. I have been slowly been feeling better. However last night I had a panic attack where I was very tense and shivering feeling very cold. Today I woke up feverish and feeling worse than ever and have had vomiting, nausea, couching, and green diarrhea.

Hello. I am Dr.Amit Jain, Gastroenterologist. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. It appears that you have acut infectious enteritis. For which I will advise you to take a vourse of antibiotics of quinolone class like ofloaxacin and for nausea and heartburns take pantoprazole along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone. Also take a course of probiotic. Take lots of fluid. meanwhile get your stool examination test
