General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you are suffering from severe gastritis which is causing your morning sickness and vomiting.

It may be because of many reasons like faulty eating habits, eating too much junk and processed foods etc.

I would advise you to follow a healthy diet and avoid any spicy, greasy and processed foods. Don't remain empty stomach for too long as it will cause an increase in gastric acidity.

For some days take an antacid like Pantoprazole or ranitidine to relieve the acidity. If you are not relieved in a few days consult a gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
