Hello,

Possible causes are too fast eating without proper chewing. Lying down too quickly after meal or structure formation or infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Eat less fatty food. don't eat before going to bed. Keep erect posture for 2-3 days after dinner. If symptoms not improved please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
