For vomiting give syp.ondansetaron, continue rehydration solution (Dioralyte) and make sure your baby doesn't get dehydrated.
Gastroenteritis is most commonly caused by viral infection and will resolve by itself. You just need to make sure baby doesn't get dehydrated.
