What Causes Vomiting, Headache And Painful Cramping?

Hi, I would like to ask about PMS for my daughter. She is 42 and has always had very painful cramps and irritability. This month she was incapacitated by her symptoms, she was ready to go to ER. Such severe pain and vomiting also headache, she laid on the floor crying. Is there something worse going on besides PMS?

Hello
i share your concern she has to be evaluated in details for such a worst symptoms
I would like to know is it related to periods only or it happens routinely

PMS occur due to hormonal disturbances I would advise her to consult a gynaecologist for the examination and certain investigation like blood for hemoglobin CBC Liver function test thyroid function test and an ultrasound

she may require a behavioural therapy by a psychiatrist
ask he r to have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
multivitamin supplements
