My aunt is an alcoholic, drinking for 10 years (though she doesn't admit it). She started vomiting green gunk up to 12 times a day and has been for three weeks. Docs say her problem is lower GI, and with her kidneys. But she is very secretive and we fear she may be holding something back. She is very insteady on her feet now, but has not drank at all for 3 weeks. And we know she hasn't - she doesn't even keep water down for more than 15 minutes. She has been under our watch for 3 weeks so we know she's not drinking. Docs think she is probably diabetic

Now her vision is blurring and her eyes seem to be going lazy?! She is my mums twin and my mum is past herself with worry. They are due to go to Itreland for 4 days to visits my grandads grave tomorrow but I don't know if she should be in a hospital?

She has been taking anti-emetics, buccal and oral tablets. She is 49 years old, and seems mentally in good humour. Besides, obviously, being so ill and clearly being terrified of being so ill.
