What Causes Vomiting, Fever And Elevated BP?

I am having bad right side pain, vomiting, on and off fever, BP at 169/106. The ER sent me home last night saying they couldnt do anymore testing. They went a stool sample and I told them I needed to eat, because I haven t ate in 3 days. About 30 minutes after I ate, I began to vomit and was in severe pain. They sent me home with out patient orders for a stool sample. I ended up crawling out of the ER and I have slept all day, now that I am awake the pain is sitting back in. What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It was extremely rude of the ER to kick you out.
They should have investigated you at least with an ultrasound of a CT scan of your abdomen.
With your symptoms i.e. right sided pain the first thing that I would rule out is gallstones.
I would have also done all the routine blood tests.
I would recommend going back to the ER if your symptoms are severe. I would not take this lightly.
