General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Vomiting/nausea/ dizziness in early pregnancy are due to high pregnancy hormones circulating in mothers blood.
Severe / forceful vomiting leads to fruction/ injury to throat/ stomach lining- & may lead to bleeding.
- Scanty fresh bleeding only seen once can be controlled by taking ice cold milk & medicines( like Doxinate) to control vomiting.
- Dark brown bleeding/ excessive bleeding in vomitus -needs imediate medical attendance With investigations, treatment for associated gastritis ( proton pump inhibitors )/ Iv drips as per need.
- Bleeding with sputum - is usually associated with respiratory infections/cough - need investigatiois/ specific treatment after diagnosis.
* She should take bland, non irritative/nonspicy diet in small & multiple servings. The food should be cold. ( cold milk every 2 hours along with bland food servings will help.
Avoid starving.
Take medicines regularly. have regular follow up check ups.
She should try to be positive & tension free.
Thanks.
